Love Story E/G fanfic

Disclaimer: I in no way shape or Form own the rights to “Once upon a time” or It’s affiliates, If I did Graham would still be alive and Emma would have gotten her Happy ending. I am only using this for fanfic, shipper purposes I promise to put Jennifer Back when I’m done with her (I’d say the same for Jamie but Graham’s dead so –cries-)

Author’s note: Initially I was going to write The whole Song as a Emma and Graham fanfic but I realized that if I did that it would make the fanfic a million pages long (since I had all these idea’s in my head) So instead I Will write the “Is this in my Head I don’t know what to think he Knelt to the Ground and Pulled out a ring” Part of the song.

Also this is pretty much a Au Fanfic where Emma has broken the Curse , She and Henry end up in Fairy tale land with the rest of the SB people, without giving to much away Graham is still alive and Mary and David don’t remember their SB Lives………..

Love Story

Emma frowned as she stared out to the Horizon, Tears Had fallen from her eyes as she Sat on the Balcony Wearing her Ball gown, as if Day dreaming about something she knew she could never get back, after all Dead was Dead in both Story Brooke and this whole knew world of Fairy Tale land wasn’t it?  As She sat there she thought of How she had gotten there. She Had managed to Break the Curse , as well as Killed the Evil Queen or Regina Mill’s as the Citizen’s of Storybrooke had known Her . She was back in the Fairy tale world, a Place she hadn’t been to since she was a baby . Everything there had been so Different. Her Parent’s Snow and Charming had seemingly forgotten who they were in Story Brooke. They had thought they raised Emma all her life and they Had no idea where Henry came from (Thankfully they Didn’t ask either because seeing as they had no recollection of ever being Mary Margaret Blanchard or David Nolan she wasn’t sure how she’d tell them) . It was for this reason they thought it would be best to find their daughter a Suitor , she was well past the Age of Marrying and They Knew she had been so sad lately though They Didn’t know why. Henry had tried to explain it to them but How does one explain such a love affair when He was the one that Had been hired to kill Her Mother years prior, not to mention She hadn’t seen him since he died in Story brooke. Her Parent’s Had thrown a Party in her honor in hopes that she’d find  a man who could steal her heart, The problem with that was Emma wasn’t having any fun, There was no other man she wanted.

She wiped a tear as she softly Spoke “I don’t know if you can Hear me Graham but I still really , really miss you,Breaking that curse and killing that Evil Witch was no fun with out you around to share it with” She felt herself cry  as she thought about him, being here without him had been so Much Harder , at least in Story brooke she held on to his Sheriff’s Badge, Making herself Sheriff as if to Keep his memory alive In her heart, but Here in this strange new world She had nothing.

As if On Cue or Maybe it had more to do with Complete Boredom, her son Henry had come out staring at His mother with a frown on his face “You really do Love him don’t you Mom”

Emma raised an Eyebrow Not quite use to Hearing him call her “Mom” just yet, Yes she was indeed his Mother but She never heard him call her that until they broke the curse and ended back up in the Enchanted Kingdom. She frowned knowing she couldn’t lie to him so as she wiped another tear she looked at him “Yeah I did”

The look on Henry’s face had shocked her a little , He Looked happy which seemed odd to her given the situation and Just who they were talking about, but his words were equally as Surprising “That’s good” He simply stated

She shook her head in Confusion “How is that Good Kid, The Only Man I’ve ever really truly Loved is Dead”

He Looked at her a devious look upon his face “Because, He’s still alive here” It was a simple statement but He Knew it gave His Mother so much Hope.

She Shook her head knowing that His imagination was one thing that would never change “That’s not Possible Henry, I know it’s what You want, and I get you want me Happy but Graham died and Dead is Dead in Storybrooke and the Enchanted Kingdom”

Henry Looked at her as he continued to speak “No, Mom hear me out, It makes total sense. When You broke the Curse You reset the Time Line here, it’s why Grandma and Grandpa don’t remember who they were in Story Brooke and why They still see you as a teen ager, He’s alive and He’s out there waiting for you, Don’t you get it mom, He’s your Happy ending, He’s Your Happily Ever After” He simply stated as he sat down next to her, He had hoped that somehow He had gotten through to her.

She frowned Just a little as she thought about it, before Graham Died, and before she Broke the Curse she would have never believed such a Thing but Now she just wasn’t sure all she knew was she couldn’t survive another Heartbreak again. She frowned realizing she needed to get back into her party before Her parent’s went looking for her it was for this reason she had done just that.

 

Graham had frowned as he thought about her again, He couldn’t get her Image out of his Mind. He Knew that he didn’t make her up, That she was very real, that His life (and subsequent Death) in Story brooke had really happened. Every day He waited to hear that The curse was Broken that he wasn’t the only one in the Enchanted Kingdom any more That she was there. Every day he wondered the Large Kingdom hoping He’d see Anybody he knew , but more importantly That he’d See Her. That was why He was shocked when He heard her voice in the wind. Her words broke His Heart , how was she to know He was still alive and waiting. He made His choice as He walked towards the Castle.

He Knew being there at all was a Risk ,given His History with Snow White the Fair Princess that now lived in the Castle, But He had to try, He had to see her again. He had to let her know She wasn’t alone anymore. He frowned when He was stopped by a Guard

“we are under Strict orders to Keep You out”

“I Just want to see Emma” He said simply , his thick accent coming through as he spoke.

Instead of getting Sympathy they pulled their swords as they threatened him.

Henry had seen all that had happened from a distance, it was for this Reason he ran over to where they now stood “It’s okay I Know him”

“we are under strict orders to Keep him Out” one of the Castle Guards repeated as he had spoken to the young Prince

Henry raised an eyebrow as he Looked at them “ Yes and I’m telling you to let him in” Without  a word He took Graham by the Hand and lead him into the Castle.

Graham looked at him, thankful to see a Familiar face “Why are you helping me Henry?” He  questioned the child who oddly enough still looked as though he belonged in Storybrooke.

Snow had sighed nearly falling to the ground in fear as she saw The Huntsman standing there in her home, He was the last Person (well one of the lasts one’s seeing as in her Mind the Evil Queen was still alive) she wanted to see in her home

“What’s He doing Here?” She questioned the young child who had seemingly taking a liking to the vile Man. Prince Charming had Come along pulling his sword in an effort to keep Snow and His Grandson Safe.

The action had caused the 10 year old to roll his eyes. If only they Knew they were all friends in Story brooke and that the Evil Queen had died

“Will you Relax” He spoke “He’s hear to see you” He sighed trying to figure out a way for Graham to tell his Grandparent’s that he was on the side of the good without telling them who they were Storybrooke, He knew that would come with time. It turned out He didn’t need any help at all.

Charming eyed Him as he simply said “alright Speak” He didn’t like that idea but he was an honorable  man He would give any one a chance even the man who now stood In front of him.

Graham spoke as he looked at them “I’m in love with Emma”

Snow looked at him in shock how was this even possible had their feisty daughter been to the woods and What had been going on between the two of them. She had no way of knowing this would be the first time he’d see Emma before He died in StoryBrooke. “How can you be? You don’t know Her”

Henry took a moment as he Spoke to her “He does Grandmother and If You’ll remember He did let you go if He hadn’t My Mom would never have been born, They have a Special Connections, He’s her Happily Ever After”

As Snow and Charming continued to Ponder the severity of the situation Graham spoke again

“I do Love her with all My Heart, I am not on The Evil Queen’s side, I never was and I am here to ask you for her hand in marriage”

Snow smiled always the hopeless romantic. His words made her smile. He certainly looked like a man in love and The Kid did have a Point He did Let her go. He was honorable enough to ask before He asked their daughter and wasn’t this what She and Charming wanted in the first place. She bit her lip wondering if it would take Her Handsome Prince to let his little girl go. Thankfully it didn’t take as long as one might think.

 

Something about the Man reminded him of himself when he was courting Snow, He still didn’t trust him entirely but who was he to deny True Love. A slow smile began to spread across His face as he spoke

“You have Our blessing, Here give her this” It was a ring he had acquired as a Royal but He knew it would still hold sentiment.

It was Henry who was the last one to speak.

“Go Graham, Go find my mom, Give this Fairy tale a Happy ending”

As Days turned into weeks and then into Month’s Emma Had lost all faith In Henry’s Words. She just took it to be the active imagination of  a boy who Missed Graham as much as she did. However as she walked the streets of the Enchanted Kingdom She was fairly certain She saw him and the closer He got She knew this to be True. She raced out to him , all the while Screaming his Name

 

“Graham!! Graham!! You’re alive” She said ,Tears falling from her eyes ,Though this time They were Tears of Joy. When She finally got close to him , She touched his face as if to make Sure He was real and Not just some Mirage or a fantasy “How? … I don’t understand….” She spoke

He Kissed her with so much Passion. The way he wanted to the Night He died

“did You really think I could stay away from you for Long?”  He questioned her.

“Honestly” she Began teary eyed “The fact that You actually Died in my Arms in Story brooke made me Wonder” She stood there wondering how this was even possible, Still hurt by the past yet extremely happy she was near him now

I’ve been feeling so alone

I Keep waiting for you

The Look of Sadness on her face made him try to calm her as he touched her with a Gentleness No one had ever given her before “It’s Okay Emma” He said gazing into her eyes

“I’m alive and I am not going any where”

She stood there her Heart racing as she questioned again “but I don’t understand, You died… in.. My arms…”

As he stood there He continued to gaze at her as he answered “When You broke the curse and Killed Regina, You took away the Evil Queen’s Power, She still hired me to Kill your Mother but she couldn’t rip out my heart without any real Magic, You prevented My Death”

She was crying uncontrollably now, still it was different then the tears she felt when He died

He Wiped her tears with his Finger as he whispered softly “don’t cry Emma, I’m here and I won’t ever leave you again”

He Knelt to the Ground and Pulled out a ring

He continued to Gaze into her eyes as he got down on One Knee Pulling out the ring Her Father Had given him.

and Said Marry Me Juliet You’ll Never have to be alone

As he stood there on Bended Knee Emma’s Heart raced knowing exactly what he was about to do.

“Emma,” He began “I Love you, I can’t live without you, My life is not complete with out you in it” He looked at her briefly as he held the ring in front of her to see “Emma Swan will you marry me”

She felt as though she was going to Melt, like every thing that happened in Storybrooke didn’t matter, She Had Him back and she’d be his forever . “Yes!!!” She simply answered excitedly as she Kissed him momentarily forgetting that He was Her parent’s sworn enemy (or so she thought) Until she broke the Kiss “Graham,” She began looking into his eyes “My parent’s, They don’t remember Storybrooke, they think The Queen is still alive They don’t…..”

He cut her off with a soft Kiss as he answered her “….It’s okay I talked to them we have their approval”

Her heart raced realizing her dreams were finally coming true , She smirked a little as she stared at the ring that now adorned her finger “You didn’t make a deal With Rumple to get this did you?”

Her Humor had caused Him to smile ,which in turn had made Her heart race even faster then it already Had

“No , Your father gave it to me actually” He simply replied as he kissed her one last time

They stood in the Grass as they Kissed staying in each other’s arms for as long as they could , still they knew they’d have an eternity together

And they’d live Happily Ever After
